Terms:Credits to me (@evemorcega; the artist) or a link to my socials must be explicitly included in any showcase of the commissioned work.I strictly prohibit the use of my art as NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens). Whether my art is commissioned, pre-existing, or future, it cannot be transformed into NFTs by commissioners or anyone else. I also strictly prohibit the use of my art for AI training or any other use involving generative AI.Deadlines will be discussed prior to the start of the illustration process.Major revisions may only be made during the sketch phase; after approval of the sketch, you will be permitted only two revisions during the base color phase and minor revisions to the completed work. Any other modifications are subject to additional fees.Once the work is complete, you will receive a high-resolution .png file of the work by email, and a signed .jpeg version for social media posting. You will not receive the original file; no physical product will be delivered.Payment:PayPal - USD
Pix - BRLAll payment must be made in advance of the start of production; partial payment will only be accepted for commissions over $100/300BRL, where 50% must be paid in advance and the remaining balance before final delivery.Returns and cancellations will not be made after your order has started, except in the sole case that I am unable to complete your order for personal reasons. You may inquire about the status of your order and request WIPs at any time.Additional fees may be charged depending on the complexity of the order; the complexity fee will be decided by the artist.Use:As the artist, I have full rights to the commissioned piece; this includes posting it on my socials, adding it to my portfolio, and commercial use.My work is for personal use only, I do not allow my art to be used without permission for commercial or profit purposes.Commercial use of my work must be agreed upon in advance.I will charge an additional one-time fee of 100% of the total amount for any commercial use, and an additional one-time fee of 200% for use on merchandise. Promotional illustrations, stream assets, cover art, or any usage that could earn revenue is to be counted as commercial.As a commissioner, you have the right to personal use of the work, to publish it on social media as long as you credit me, and to print it for personal use only. You may not: remove my watermark, modify the work, claim it as your own, or profit from my work in any way.By commissioning me, it means that you have read, understand, and AGREE to the terms listed here.
